Our
company is Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point Program (HACCP)
approved and compliant. The HACCP is the federal governments regulatory
plan controlling the food industry. We are also regulated by the
FDA as well as the North Carolina State Department of Health. They
control and inspect our shellfish.
